Third and fourth variator gear for your Piaggio Ciao, Si, Bravo and Boxer moped / moped.
The gears are used together with the Polini set, consisting of the input shaft and the first gear. This results in a gear ratio of 12.82:1.
The thickness of the output gear has been increased to create a larger contact surface for the meshing flanks. This is particularly advantageous under high loads, as can occur in the cross-country sector, and makes a positive contribution to durability. Unfortunately, the Velo gear (bicycle gear) can no longer be used due to these modifications.
Small double gear: 10 / 30 teeth
Large gear: 47 teeth
