"PX Lusso" drive shaft, compatible with your Vespa PX Lusso, Cosa, and T5.
The rear drive shaft corresponds to the Lusso version and features two retaining rings and two shoulder rings instead of a collar. Small recesses in the raceway ensure that the shift fork locks cleanly into position with the gear ring when power is applied. This makes the drive shaft a solid replacement if you want to repair your scooter’s transmission.
The main shaft is designed for engines with a Lusso transmission. Since there is no seating surface for an internal shaft seal, the design of your engine must be checked before installation.
Note: During installation, ensure that the shift detent, shift rod, shift cross, and gear teeth fit the PX-Lusso versionand are in good condition so that the gears engage smoothly and do not slip.
