Racing cylinder of the Airsal brand for your moped / moped with Sachs 504 (with adaptations), 505, 508 and 535 engines.
This cylinder kit is suitable for Hercules Prima M, 2, 3, 4, 5 and Optima models, among others.
Thanks to the large intake, overflow and exhaust, this tuning cylinder provides a significant increase in performance.

The piston is fitted with the arrow pointing towards the outlet
.The intake manifold is included in the scope of delivery.
Notes:
Plugs with a long thread must be used.
The following modifications must be made to the cylinder for Swiss 504 engines (42 mm stroke):
- Adjust the cylinder base and gasket as shown in Figure 6 .
- The cylinder base must be turned off so that the compression is adjusted again due to the shorter stroke, we recommend setting a crushing edge of 0.8 - 1.0 mm.
- On models with an external clutch lever, the intake must be extended, otherwise the carburetor may come into contact with the clutch lever.
