The throttle cable is hooked into the throttle roller and creates the connection between the handlebars and carburetor. This allows you to cleanly repair the throttle actuation on the steering head if the pulley is worn or the connection to the cable no longer fits properly. Ideal for restoring reliable throttle response and a consistent cable routing in the steering head.
