47 mm racing cylinder kit (without cylinder head) compatible with your Puch Maxi S / N, Supermaxi LG1 / LG2, as well as your X30 Sport NS / NL moped with E50 / ZA50 (air-cooled) / ZA50 (catalytic converter) or Z50 engine.
The tuning cylinder has a bore diameter of 47 mm, giving your Puch engine a displacement of 75 ccm. The cylinder bore, coated with nickel-silicon carbide (commonly known as Nikasil), ensures high wear resistance, smooth operation, and reliable emergency running characteristics.
To get the full performance out of this racing kit, a carburetor with a minimum diameter of 19 mm is recommended. The cylinder kit performs optimally with a 21 mm racing carburetor in combination with a matching racing exhaust system. Together with the aggressive valve timing of the racing cylinder, power outputs of up to 10 PS and more are possible with a properly tuned setup.
The cylinder head is not included.
Notes:
The engine block must be milled out.
Please observe the installation direction during assembly. The piston is installed with the arrow pointing toward the exhaust on the exhaust side.
