Open Garage

Bring your moped and your project – you’ll find everything else you need for a proper afternoon of wrenching on site. Your booking includes a fully equipped workstation with hand tools, hearing protection, and safety glasses. Consumables such as cleaning supplies, rags, and small hardware are included as well.

A specialist from Siggnature Bikes will also be on site to help with questions, tips, and tricks. But keep in mind: the Open Garage is not a supervised repair session. You work on your own moped – help is there when you need it.

From basic maintenance to bigger projects, there’s plenty you can tackle. For example:

• Service wheels, hubs, and coaster brakes
• Replace tires and tubes
• Route cables properly
• Replace and adjust the ignition
• Replace or rebuild the clutch
• Replace the cylinder
• Fine-tune your setup
• Assemble your moped
• Treat parts with Owatrol

In short: bring your project.

A lathe, milling machine, as well as soldering and welding equipment are also available, but for safety and insurance reasons, they may only be operated by the Siggnature Bikes team.

Smaller jobs that take up to around ten minutes can be done on the spot whenever possible. Larger jobs will be quoted separately and scheduled for a future Open Garage session.

As a general rule, bring the replacement parts you need for your project with you. If you discover while wrenching that something is missing, we’ll be happy to help you find the right part.

There are no parts sold from stock on site. Missing parts are ordered and installed during your next Open Garage session.
