Tuning cylinder cover with 38 - 41 mm diameter and optimized combustion chamber for blown cylinders of your Puch X30 Velux moped / moped with M7 cylinder studs.
The cylinder head must be fitted together with the four centring sleeves included in the scope of delivery.
The centering bushes are used to ensure that the cylinder cover can be pushed onto the stud bolts in a perfectly centered position.
The bushes are pushed into the holes in the cylinder cover so that they protrude slightly above the sealing surface (see Figure 2 for an illustration).
We recommend gluing the guide bushes into the cylinder head with Loctite adhesive so that they do not move during assembly/disassembly.
The cylinder heads do not have a mount for fitting a decompressor.
