Condenser set for conversion to an external film condenser on your Piaggio Ciao, Si, Bravo, Boxer moped / moped with breaker ignition.
The film capacitor solves several problems that can occur with an interrupter ignition. In contrast to standard capacitors, this variant is resistant to moisture, corrosion, vibrations and overvoltage.
Thanks to the external mounting, this capacitor can be easily replaced in the event of a fault without having to remove and open the engine.

The 3D-printed capacitor box has a mounting hole with an internal diameter of 6.4 mm and can be mounted in various places on the frame. The lid of the cleverly designed condenser box clicks cleanly into place and can be opened without tools thanks to the small tab on the lid.
Installation instructions:
- Remove the old capacitor in the motor housing. (The interrupter remains in place)
- Install the lubricating felt in the supplied felt holder in advance.
- Screw the felt holder in place of a capacitor in the designated position.
- Install the housing in a suitable location near the ignition coil and install the capacitor in it.
- Connect the film capacitor to a ground point (e.g. on the frame) using the ring and wire.
- Connect the second connection of the capacitor to the contact of the ignition coil, where the thin ignition cable is normally connected.
- Now connect the thin ignition cable to the Y-connector on the ignition coil.
- Now enjoy a maintenance-free ride, regardless of the setup.
