Sachs 503 tuning

Here you will find tuning parts such as cylinders and racing carburettors suitable for your Sachs 503 AAL, ABL, AB, AC or ADV engine with 2-speed automatic transmission and for 503 2AL, 2BL engines with 2-speed manual transmission. These legendary Fichtel & Sachs two-speed engines with manual or automatic shifting were installed in Hercules, Rixe, Pony Junior, KTM and many other mopeds.

Sachs 535 automatic gearbox

Here you can find spare parts such as clutches, their linings, clutch basket bearings, bearings and other parts for the centrifugal clutch on your Sachs 535 engine with 1-speed automatic transmission. These last engines built by Fichtel & Sachs, with or without a catalytic converter, were installed in Hercules, KTM and Pony mopeds.

Sachs 503 AB

Here you can find spare parts for the Sachs 503 AB engine, also known as the wide-bore engine due to its large rectangular cylinder. The engine is the one with the version without catalytic converter. The engine without fan was equipped with the 2-speed automatic transmission of version B. All spare parts that are still available, such as the centrifugal clutches, the freewheel or seals, bearings and oil seals and, last but not least, the starter clutch is listed here. These Fichtel & Sachs engines were installed in Pony GTX, Alpa Turbo, Hercules, KTM and many other mopeds.
